College of Education for Girls, in cooperation with Department of Societal Police of Nineveh Governorate Police Directorate held a symposium on violence against women on January 12th, 2022. The symposium titled ‘The Falling of One of the Bases of Society & Women Battering: Causes and Solutions’ tackled the forms of violence against women and their consequences suggesting many solutions including raising awareness, education and legal interventions.
