• The student explains the principles and rules of the Quranic sciences (exegesis, abrogating and abrogated verses, occasions of revelation, clear and ambiguous verses, Quranic inimitability), hadith sciences (terminology, hadith extraction, criticism and accreditation), Islamic jurisprudence (acts of worship, transactions, personal status, crimes, inheritance), principles of jurisprudence (legal evidence, analogy, juristic preference, public interest), and the approved translation controls for religious texts while taking into account the legal and linguistic context.
• The student interprets the characteristics of the interaction between Quranic and hadith texts and the surrounding cultural and civilizational environments, analyzes the nature of the relationship between different schools of jurisprudence, and explains the impact of the translation and authorship movement on the development of Islamic thought throughout the ages, linking this to contemporary reality.
• The student clarifies the historical stages of the development of Islamic legislation and the jurisprudential and exegetical heritage, highlights the leading figures of Islamic thought among exegetes, hadith scholars, and jurists, and reviews their rhetorical and inferential methods and the characteristics of the exegetical and jurisprudential schools in different eras and regions.
• The student describes the development of Islamic educational thought throughout the ages and the most important educational theories derived from the Quran, the Sunnah, and the methods of the righteous predecessors, and analyzes their impact on building the balanced Muslim personality and on the formation of educational curricula in Islamic civilization and their connection to moral and emotional education.
• The student adheres to digital safety standards, research ethics, and legal controls in educational and academic activities, and employs standards of academic integrity in dealing with digital and printed sources and references, while preserving intellectual property rights and integrity in publication and citation according to the provisions of Sharia.

2. Skills – Knowledge Description

• The student masters the advanced principles and rules of the Arabic language (grammar, morphology, and rhetoric) in the context of understanding the Quranic and hadith texts, enabling them to comprehend the meanings of texts and derive legal rulings and educational objectives from them with scientific accuracy.
• The student analyzes the characteristics of Quranic recitations and their impact on exegesis and jurisprudence, distinguishes between rhetorical styles in the Holy Quran, and understands the relationship between Arabic language sciences and Sharia sciences in controlling texts and understanding their purposes.
• The student explains the textual criticism methodologies approved in editing Islamic manuscripts and historical documents, and trains themselves in the academic tools necessary for dealing with manuscript heritage (indexes, copies, collations, annotations) to examine, edit, and critique texts according to the principles of scholarly editing.
• The student describes modern developments in Quranic, hadith, and jurisprudential studies at the international level, as well as digital innovations and global efforts in cataloging manuscripts, archiving Islamic heritage, and processing religious discourse through electronic platforms.
