As instructed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research uniform dressing will be applied in all universities and the students will be punished since the first official working day, it is worth mentioning that the ministry has announced that the official working day for the Iraqi university students will begin on Sunday, 15/09/2013 for all grades except the first stage will begin on 10/20/2013
