College of Pharmacy Concludes Preparatory Meeting for National Program Accreditation

As part of the ongoing efforts by the College of Pharmacy at the University of Mosul to fulfill the requirements for National Program Accreditation, an extensive preparatory meeting was held on Thursday, November 13, 2025. The meeting included the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Mohanad Emad, along with Dr. Mahmoud Hashim, a member of the National Reviewers Team, and Dr. Marwan Mohammed, a member of the Accreditation Council.
The meeting focused on the final preparations for the upcoming visit by the National Reviewers Team. Participants reviewed the progress made by various committees in gathering evidence and documenting data within the accreditation files.
The discussions emphasized the following strategic areas:
* Inter-departmental Coordination: Strengthening the synergy between scientific and administrative committees to ensure institutional readiness.
* Core Accreditation Pillars: Ensuring all academic, research, and community service activities align with the national standards for Quality Assurance in Pharmaceutical Education.
* Evidence-Based Documentation: Finalizing the collection and archiving of supporting documents across all accreditation axes.
In conclusion, the participants stressed the necessity of adhering to the specified timelines and completing all remaining requirements. This reflects the college’s unwavering commitment to enhancing institutional performance and upholding the highest standards of academic quality.
