Congratulations to the student (Istibraq Mundhir Darrar) on successfully defending his Master’s thesis at the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul. The thesis discussed the importance of sound scientific foundations in the process of building and developing a state, emphasizing the crucial role of strategic planning. Thanks to the examination committee led by Prof. Amar Hameed Yassin and to the supervisor, Assoc. Prof. Marwan Salim Ali.
