A group of faculty members from the Department of Public Policy at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, conducted a field visit to the Orphanage Department of the Directorate of Labor and Social Security on Monday, 2 December 2024.
The visit included the Head of the Department, Professor Dr. Waleed Salem Mohammed, accompanied by Assistant Lecturer Insam Saleem Mahdi, Assistant Lecturer Hudhaifa Fathallah Ali, and Assistant Lecturer Zainab Adel Murie.
The visit aimed to promote social awareness and national belonging. It also plays a vital role in connecting the academic community with the local community and fostering interaction with various social groups, thus enhancing the role of both the university and the college in serving the local community and deepening human and societal values.
The visit was organized under the patronage of the Dean of the College and in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit.
