Dr. Mohammed Hazim Hamid, a faculty member in the Department of Public Policy at our college, participated in the scientific seminar organized by the Center for Peace Building and Coexistence at the University of Mosul. The seminar was titled “Human Rights Approaches in Educational Institutions” and took place on Tuesday, December 26, 2023. Dr. Hameed presented a research paper titled “Teaching Human Rights in Iraqi Universities: Challenges and Solutions,” highlighting the various challenges facing the teaching of human rights in Iraqi universities and proposing solutions to address them.
