College of Political Sciences

In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, Goal Four: Quality Education, and Goal Eight: Decent Work and Economic Growth; and under the supervision and follow-up of the Dean of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Suhaib Khalid Jasim Al-Tai, the College Guide for the academic year 2025–2026 was completed in November 2025.

The guide includes several key sections, covering the Dean’s Message, the establishment of the college, the vision, mission, and objectives, the College Council, the study system, the undergraduate curricula, and the postgraduate (Master’s) curricula. It also presents the two academic departments in terms of their vision, mission, and objectives, along with the committees emerging from them. Additionally, the guide outlines the duties and responsibilities of the divisions and administrative units, the organizational structure of the college, and the college’s scientific, artistic, and athletic activities. It also includes the numbers of admitted and graduating students, as well as the names of the top-ranking students.

The preparation team consisted of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Khairallah Sibhan Al-Jubouri, and the Head of the Continuing Education Division, Assistant Professor Dr. Laith M. Khudair. The guide was issued with content exceeding forty pages, presented in an elegant layout and with meticulous organization.
