In pursuit of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, and in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning / Sustainable Development Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, the Deanship of the College of Political Science awarded a Letter of Appreciation to Assistant Professor Dr. Nizar Abdul Karim Hassan, a faculty member at the College of Political Science, Tikrit University, in recognition of his valuable contribution as a member of the Master’s thesis examination committee for the thesis entitled: “The Role of the Sustainable Development Goals in Reducing Violent Extremism: Education, Justice, and Decent Work as a Model.” The thesis was submitted by the Master’s student Saleh Ahmed Saleh Marir. The Letter of Appreciation was presented by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Suhaib Khalid Jasim Al-Taie, who, on behalf of the College, expressed his sincere gratitude for Dr. Hassan’s distinguished academic contribution. He also conveyed his best wishes for continued success and prosperity to both colleges and their respective universities, hoping that their academic cooperation will continue to flourish.
