Assistant Lecturer at the University of Mosul’s College of Political Science Earns Five Ministerial Certificates of Completion through the Eduba Platform

In support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—Goal 4: Quality Education, Goal 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, and Goal 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions—and in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning / Sustainable Development Unit at the University of Mosul Presidency, Assistant Lecturer Omnia Ibrahim Khalil Marai, a faculty member in the Department of International Relations at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, has earned five certificates of completion accredited by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research through the Eduba platform, after successfully completing a series of specialized training courses in scientific research and academic publishing.

The training courses covered a range of topics, including the Bologna Process in Iraqi Universities, How to Write a Research Paper from a Reviewer’s Perspective, Reasons for Research Article Rejection and How to Overcome Them, The H-index and How to Improve It, and Artificial Intelligence in Medical Data Analysis and Disease Prediction.

These achievements reflect the faculty member’s commitment to continuous professional development, strengthening academic and research competencies, keeping pace with the latest standards in scholarly publishing, and enhancing the quality of academic research in line with the strategic directions of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
