The Presidency of University of Mosul approves of nominating Dr. Abdul Aziz Ramadan Ali as the Head of Department of Public Law.

Since Dr. Muhammad Hussein al- Hamdani has undertaken the tasks of the Dean of College of Law, Dr. Abdul Aziz Ramadan al- Khattabi is entrusted with the tasks of the Head of Department of Public Law by proxy, and at the same time Dr. Osama Ahmed Muhammad al- Nu'aimi' undertakes the task of the registrar of the Department of Public Law.

The Head of Public Law Department holds a meeting with the Postgraduate Committee in the department.
The Dean of College of Law visits examination halls and watches the progress of examinations in them.
