On Wednesday, February 5, 2025, the College of Tourism Sciences held a scientific workshop entitled (Using Smart Chatbots as a Tool for Tourism Guidance), which aimed to highlight the role of modern technology in developing tourism guidance services and enhancing the experience of visitors through interactive digital tools, thus contributing to improving the efficiency of work in this field.
