A lecturer from the College of Agriculture and Forestry participated in the discussion committee for a doctoral thesis at the Salahaddin University.

Within the scientific activities of our faculty members, Professor Dr. Mazen Mohamed Ibrahim (Head of the Food Sciences Department) participated in the discussion committee for a doctoral student Rahnjber Shwan Abdel Qader in the Food Industries Department / College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences at Salahaddin University. The thesis was entitled “Effect of microbial starter on physiochemical properties of fermented sausage”
