Today, Monday, May 9, 2022, Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi (President of Mosul University), several university presidents in Mosul, directors of government departments, and representatives of Nineveh Governorate attended the Mosul Green International Forum. Where Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younis Al-Allaf (Dean of the College) participated in the Green Mosul International Forum for Climate Change (Challenges and Future Solutions), which was held under the auspices of the Crisis and Support Center – the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs.In the beginning, the Dean of the College gave a speech on behalf of the President of Mosul University. Mr. Al-Allaf talked about the importance of vegetation cover in reducing the damages of climate change and the interest in increasing the area of ​​green spaces and planting forest and horticultural trees.After the opening speech, the Dean participated in the dialogue session that followed the forum’s opening by giving a lecture on the importance of green spaces and planting forest and horticultural trees.
