A Ph.D. thesis was discussed in the Department of Food Science/ College of Agriculture and Forestry / University of Mosul for the student (Saif Ali Muhammad Al-Jubouri) on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. Thesis title (Evaluating the active substances of green walnut shells and local oak fruits in prolonging the shelf life of table cream). The thesis sought to benefit from the waste of walnut shells and local oak fruits that pollute the environment by extracting natural phenolic compounds that can be used as a preservative that extends the shelf life of the cream.
