College of Agriculture and Forestry

A master’s thesis was discussed in the Department of Plant Protection/ College of Agriculture and Forestry / University of Mosul for the student (Dhanoun Khaled Dhanoun) on Sunday, November 19, 2023. Thesis title (Studies on corn root rots and their chemical control). Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younis Al-Allaf (Dean of the College), Prof. Dr. Ali Farouk Al-Maadidi (Assistants for scientific and administrative affairs), and several college lecturers attended part of the discussion. The study aims to isolate and diagnose the most important fungi causing root rots, indicating the sensitivity of the studied varieties to the fungi causing root rots in the ears, and explaining the importance of potassium fertilization for yellow corn plants.

The discussion committee consisted of:

Then, the discussion committee read the decision, which included acceptance of the thesis and awarded the student an M.Sc. degree.
