Discussion of a Master’s Thesis in the Department of Food Sciences

A master’s thesis was discussed in the Department of Food Sciences/ College of Agriculture and Forestry / University of Mosul for the student (Mohammed Saab Adel Al-Bakri) on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. The thesis title was (Study of the Physicochemical and Rheological Properties of Gelatin Extracted from Cow Hides and Bones). Prof. Dr. Muhammad Yunus Al-Alaf (Dean of the College)and several college lecturers attended part of the discussion.
The discussion committee consisted of:
1. Prof. Dr. Mazen Mohammed Ibrahim … (Chairman).
2. Dr. Quswa Youssef Jameel … (Member).
3. Dr.Laila Azhar Ahmed …. (Member).
4. Dr. Basma Saad El-Din Sheet … (Member and supervisor).
Then, the discussion committee read the decision, which included acceptance of the thesis and awarding the student an M.Sc. degree.
