The College of Agriculture and Forestry holds a scientific symposium on establishing industrial cities and their importance in achieving food security.
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi (President of Mosul University) and the supervision and presence of Prof. Dr. Munir Salem Taha (Asst. President of the University for Scientific Affairs) and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younis Al-Allaf (Dean of the College), the College of Agriculture and Forestry held the dialogue symposium on “the importance of establishing modern industrial cities and their role in achieving national food security.” The symposium cooperates with the Unified Nineveh Development Association and the Nineveh Chamber of Industry.The symposium’s curriculum began with a scented recitation of the Holy Qur’an. The speech of the preparatory committee was delivered by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younis Al-Allaf and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fakkak Al-Badrani (President of the Unified Nineveh Development Association) and Prof. Muhammad Ali Al-Mashhadani (Nineveh Chamber of Industry). The symposium included four lectures, followed by a dialogue session among the attendees, and concluded with a reading of the recommendations. The symposium was chaired by Prof. Dr. Muwaffaq Yahya Hamdoun and Dr. Uday Al-Obaidi.
