Discussion of a Master’s Thesis in the Department of Food Sciences

A master’s thesis was discussed in the Department of Food Sciences/ College of Agriculture and Forestry / University of Mosul for the student (Hanan Jumaa Akdo) on Wednesday, 28-September -2022. The title of the master’s thesis was “The Effect of Adding Peppermint Oil on the Sensory and Microbial Properties of Softened Milk Drink (Al-Shenina). ” Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younis Al-Aalaf (Dean of the College) attended a part of the discussionThe discussion committee consisted of:

  1. Prof. Somaya Khalaf Badawi (Chairman).
  2. Dr. Khazal Shaaban Abdullah (Member).
  3. Dr. Khaled Ismail Aziz (Member).
