Discussion of a Master’s Thesis in the Department of Food Sciences
A master’s thesis was discussed in the Department of Food Sciences / College of Agriculture and Forestry / University of Mosul for the student (Aya Qusay Ali Hussein) on Thursday, 13-October -2022. Thesis title (Evaluation of the storage stability of local pumpkin seed oil against oxidative rancidity). Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younis Al-Allaf (Dean of the College) and his assistants for scientific and administrative affairs attended part of the discussion.The discussion committee consisted of:
