A Ph.D. thesis was discussed in the field crops department/ College of Agriculture and Forestry / University of Mosul for the student (Marwan Muhammad Khalaf al-Jubouri) on Sunday, May 19, 2024. The thesis title was (The Response of Varieties of Bread Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) and Durum Wheat (Triticum durum Desf.) to Different Nutritional Applications). Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younis Al-Allaf (Dean of the College) attended a part of the discussion.
The study aimed to investigate the effect of a group of fertilizers in addition to four varieties of coarse wheat and a similar type of fine wheat. It also aimed to find the most productive and profitable fertilizer and variety while minimizing outputs and maximizing inputs.

The discussion committee consisted of:

Then, the discussion committee read the decision, which included accepting the thesis and awarding the student a Ph.D. degree.
