The University hosted the most prominent economic event, ‘Made in Iraq’ in support of Iraqi industry and economy. Under generous patronage of Minister of Industry and Minerals, Prof. Dr. Manhal Aziz al-Khabaz, and in cooperation with the CBI, National Investment Corporation, Iraqi State Cement Company, General Directorate of Industrial Development, International Development Bank for Investment and Funding, and in support of University of Mosul, University of Al-Hamdaniyeh, the Northern Technological University, the State Company for Fairs and Commercial Services, Iraqi Union of Industries, and the Syndicate of Iraqi Engineers, the University held a fair that showed various construction, electric, mechanical, petrochemical, transformation, medical, and food products by manufacturers from the general and the private sectors, all made in Iraq.
