The University of Mosul welcomed its first eco-friendly mobile library, which contains over 1,000 printed books and more than 1.5 million e-books. The library uses solar energy for lighting and air conditioning.

This initiative represents a journey to revive the passion for reading and stimulate minds, moving between neighborhoods, universities, and schools to spread awareness and knowledge.

It is worth mentioning that this project is one of the initiatives of the Arab-German Young Academy of Sciences and Humanities (AGYA), in collaboration with Korek Company and the Mosul Heritage Foundation.
