The Women’s Affairs Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul Collaborates with the College of Political Science in a Workshop on Justice, Equality, and Their Role in Social Solidarity

The Women’s Affairs Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, in cooperation with the College of Political Science, held a workshop on justice and equality and their impact on family solidarity. The workshop covered three main topics:

The first topic was about the impact of social values on family stability, delivered by Dr. Afra Riyadh Mohammed, discussing how the principles and ethics carried by an individual affect family unity. The second topic was presented by Assistant Lecturer Basma Mohammed Nazier, focusing on fairness and the importance of non-discrimination among family members, emphasizing the need to ensure justice and equality in treatment. The third topic, presented by Assistant Lecturer Zeinab Adel Mar’i, centered on the importance of achieving social justice and equal opportunities, starting from the family and extending to the political system.
