On Sunday, February 2, 2025, the Scientific Promotions Committee at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, headed by Prof. Dr. Akram Mahmoud Al-Bado, held a workshop at the Faculty of Law at Al-Noor University, in which he discussed the most important instructions for scientific promotions, the committee’s working mechanisms and the basic requirements to achieve and obtain them, as well as the most important obstacles that may stand in the way of the academic staff to obtain them and the committee’s efforts to move towards facilitating procedures in accordance with the laws in force in this field to achieve vertical expansion in the scientific structure of academic institutions.
