The Department of Media and Government Communication, in cooperation with the Follow-up Department, organized a training course entitled “The Art of Etiquette, International Protocol and Ceremonies of Honor” for the employees of the Follow-up Department at the Ibn Al-Athir Hall at the College of Arts, presented by international trainer Dr. Omar Faisal Al-Khazraji.

The course aims to develop the participants’ skills in official dealing according to international protocols, in addition to introducing the basics of etiquette and honor ceremonies that enhance the institutional image during official events and forums.

This course is part of a series of development programs organized by the university, where the second batch of trainees was launched for the follow-up department to raise the efficiency of its staff, enhance institutional performance, and consolidate the culture of professional work in its various departments.
