The Vice – Dean for Scientific Affairs Meets with the Students of the Sixth Year

The Vice- Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Prof Dr Humam Gh. I. Zubeer, met with the students of the sixth stage on Sunday, 15 December 2019 in the Hall of Wisdom. The meeting was attended by the Assistant Prof Dr Riyad A. al-Obaidi,the Head of the Department of Paediatrics, and the Registration Officer Dr Ashraf A. al-Samadi. The Vice- Dean for Scientific Affairs reviewed a number of recommendations pertaining to students of this stage. The most prominent of which are the requirements of the university order to graduate, a phone number, a recent photo, and an email. In addition to returning the books and the student ID that the student receives while study. The student must also provide the Registration Division with dates of clinical training that he previously underwent (especially during the 2014-2017 2017 displacement period). Also the terms of success, the balanced average, and the difference between them are explained in this meeting. From his part, the Head of the Department of Pediatrics expressed that the student has to care of his studies because he has reached the final stages of studying medicine to be only a few months later a doctor, and in order to become competent and able to take responsibility. Then, the Registration Division official directed the students who had been displaced to make sure that they had completed all the exams required of them in previous years to facilitate the procedures of issuing the university order later. After that, a chance was given to students to ask questions and inquiries which were answered by the Deanship of the College directly. The meeting was also attended by the Head of the Information and Public Relations Division, Chief Engineer Hassan Y. Abdullah, and Mr. Jamal S. Muhammad, the Chief of Statistical Unit.
