The College of Medicine Completes the Requirements of Activating the Official Email of its Teaching Staff

Under the direction and follow-up of the Deanship of the College of Medicine, the Information and Public Relations Division completed the requirements to activate the official email for its teaching staff, on Thursday, 16 January 2020. For more than a week, the accounts of the college teaching staff were audited in coordination with the Electronic Computer Centre at the university presidency. During the aforementioned week, the passwords received from the centre were distributed to 115 of the college’s teaching staff (including some of the scientific divisions). Those who did not receive the passwords from the computer centre (they numbered 93) and they had official postal accounts previously, their data has been completed and their passwords are expected to be received at the end of January 2020 at the latest. While a small number of teaching staff remain without accounts at all, it is hoped that new accounts will be created for them in mid-February 2020. Before the end of the official working hours for the aforementioned Thursday, the Information and Public Relations Division delivered data of 208 of the college’s teaching staff to the computer centre in the form of paper and electronic.
