College of Medicine

The Council of the College of Medicine held its tenth open meeting for the academic year 2019-2020 on Thursday, 16 January 2020. The meeting was chaired by Prof Dr Basil M. Natheer Saeed, and in the presence of the Vice-Dean for Scientific Affairs (Secretary of the Council) the Assistant Prof Dr Humam Gh. Ibrahim Zubeer, and the Vice- Dean for Administrative Affairs the Assistant Prof Dr Hazim Kh. al-Allaf, in the presence of the other members of the Council (Heads or Rapporteurs of the Scientific Departments). The meeting discussed several issues namely the most important of which was the presentation of the university presidency instructions emanating from the distinguished university council meeting. The topic of general and specific speciality was also discussed according to the letter of the Division of Academic Promotion. The teaching staff were also directed to adhere by the exams instructions such as observations and exam questions and prepared them according to the correct and sound foundations.
