College of Medicine

Under the supervision of the Dept. of Microbiology of the College of Medicine, and in cooperation with IFMSA, a group of students of the third stage of the college and a group of students of the College of Dentistry of Al-Nour University College prepared and presented a seminar on Coronavirus on Tuesday, 3 March 2020. The seminar was supervised by a teaching staff from the Dept of Microbiology Dr Asma Z. Shitawi. The purpose of this seminar is to prepare student volunteer teams from the aforementioned colleges to carry out community awareness campaigns on this virus in terms of transmission and prevention. It is hoped that the campaign will be commenced early next week to include many areas of the city of Mosul, if God willing.
