The College of Medicine Attends and Participates in a Scientific Event Held by the Association of Otolaryngologists, Nineveh Branch

In the presence of the Scientific Vice- Dean of the College of Medicine, Assistant Prof Dr Humam Gh. Ibrahim, and the Administrative Vice- Dean, Assistant Prof Dr Hazim Kh. Al-Allaf, the Nineveh Otolaryngology Branch held its scientific activity on Friday, December 11th 2020. The scientific session was chaired by the Head of the Department of Pharmacology, Prof Dr Emad A. Thanoun, where the lecturer Dr Muhammad Kh. Hamo gave his lecture titled “Final Updates in the Management of COVID-19” in which he presented the latest developments in the treatment of Covid 19. After that, a room was allowed for questions and interventions by the attendees. The event was attended by the President of the Society, one of the teaching staff from the Department of Surgery, Prof Dr Ali A. Muhammad, and a number of faculty teaching staff, supervisors and trainers of students of the Iraqi and Arab Board of Otolaryngology, and a group of specialists in the Nineveh Health Department.
