Under the patronage and attendance of the Presidents of Duhok and Iraqi Universities, the two aforementioned universities organized the second joint fourth international scientific conference on recent developments in higher education in the light of e-learning, for the period 16-17th December 2020 in the corridors of the University of Duhok. The conference, which was held in cooperation with the Noon Center for Research and Specialized Studies, was attended by a number of faculty, researchers and specialists from various Iraqi, Arab and foreign universities, where 145 different research papers were presented. The Medical College was present where it actually participated in the conference. The Head of the Media and Public Relations Division, chief engineer, Hasan Y. Abdullah, was assigned to managing the opening day as well as the closing session in which the recommendations were read as he is a member of the media committee of the conference. On the other hand, the Official of the Board Division, the lectyrer Dr Nida S. Omar participated in her paper entitled “A Study of Analyzing the Usage of Arabic Devices of Answer in the Qur’anic Text with Reference to Translation”. The conference aimed to identify the most prominent scientific efforts within the human, social and educational sciences and to exchange experiences and knowledge among researchers from different parts of the world. He also stressed the importance of building bridges that reinforce the relationship between the various scientific disciplines while establishing a knowledge network in these various fields.
