In the presence of the Head of the Department of Surgery, Prof Dr Samir I. Al-Saffar, and the Rapporteur the Assistant Prof Dr Haitham A. Al-Nouri, the department held a student seminar for the sixth stage of Crop B, on Tuesday December 22nd 2020. The seminar titled: “Diagnosis and Management of Abdominal Trauma” was presented. By the students: Sarmad A. Mahmoud, Sarah S. Abdel Razzaq, Sama M. Salim, Zainab N. Abdullah, Ola M. Ahmed, Sanabel N. Amin, and Mustafa S. Younis, and under the supervision of the Lecturer Dr Muhannad A. Al-Bakr. After the presentation, a room was allowed for questions and discussions by the attendees. The seminar was attended by a number of the department’s teaching staff in addition to the surgery group of the sixth phase.
