The Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof Dr Basil M. Nathir Saeed, presided the periodic meeting of the Higher Education Fund Committee on Sunday, 1st August 2021. The attendees considered the offers of scientific devices submitted by the Head of the Scientific Procurement Committee, the Lecturer Dr Dina A. Al-Qazzaz from the Department of Surgery. The meeting also approved the financial statements of the fund for the year 2019. The financial allocation of the street project leading to research and medical centres was also approved with creation of a portal for this matter. The scientific departments were also directed to submit requests for purchasing portable Data Show devices to be used in the private teaching of undergraduate or graduate students alike. This meeting was attended by all members of the committee.
