Video Conversation between the Deanship of the College of Medicine and the Deanship of the College of Medicine at the University of Rennes, France.

The President of University of Mosul, Prof Dr Qusay K. al-Ahmadi, attended a video conversation with the Deanship of the College of Medicine of University of Rennes on Tuesday, 18 February 2020. The conversation took place through the technology of the Video Conference, in the presence of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof Dr Basil M. Natheer Saeed, and the Vice-Dean for Scientific Affairs, assist. Prof Dr Humam Gh. Ibrahim Zubeer, and the Head of the Department of Anatomy, lecturer Dr Omar R. Hamdi. The conversation took place in the Francophone Corner Unit at University of Mosul and lasted about an hour and a half. Several topics were addressed, the most important of which is the medical learning and lectures via video technology online for teaching staff. Discussions were also held to dispatch some of the college of medicine’s academics to France, familiarize themselves with the modern methods of medical learning, and applying them on the ground. It was also talked about dispatching medical academics of various disciplines to watch and gain experience. It was also discussed the possibility of training students during summer vacation to get an intensive practical and scientific knowledge early in their working life. The conversation was attended by the Official of the Francophone Corner, Dr Mohamed Z. Ramadan, and the staff of the Information and Public Relations Division and the Computer Maintenance Unit.
