Two Student Seminars of the Department of Medicine Discuss Sepsis and Neuromuscular Diseases

The Department of Medicine held two student seminars on sepsis and neuromuscular diseases on Wednesday, 30th June 2021.

The forty-ninth seminar marked Sepsis was presented by the students Hamdoun Muhammad, Dina Muhammad, Rahma Zia, Zina Ziyad, Aqil Hussain, Omar Anwar and Omar Hashem, under the supervision of the lecturer Dr Muhammad Gh. Al-Iraqi.

After that, the 50th seminar entitled “Diseases of Neuromuscular Junction and Neurologically Related Muscle Disorder” was presented by the students Mustafa Faez, Lujain Ezzat, Malak Ghanim, Heba Muhammad, Youssef Hussein and Youssef Miqdad, and under the supervision of the Lecturer Dr Omar Abdel Moneim.

This science activity is part of the study requirements for sixth-grade students. Among the attendees were the Head of the department, Prof Dr Khalid N. Al-Kherro, the general teaching staff of the department as well as the students of the mentioned stage (the medicine group in particular).
