A medical scientific event was held in the city of Mosul, on Friday, November 20th 2020. The event included delivering the lecturer Dr Muhammad H. Al-Saati from the Department of Medicine his scientific lecture entitled “Treatment Protocols for Diabetes and the Use of Modern Medicines. The lecture discussed the aforementioned disease in terms of its types and updating treatment protocols because the study is considered new for some of the drugs used. At the same time, it aimed at the importance of starting treatment early to prevent long-term complications.” After the presentation, there was a room for questions, interventions and discussions, which the lecturer answered. A group of teaching staff from the Faculties of Medicine at Universities of Mosul and Nineveh, and some doctors specializing in the Nineveh Health Department attended the event.
