College of Medicine Attends Successive Meetings of the Quality Assurance Department of the University Presidency

According to the workshop entitled “National Institutional Accreditation Standards” which held by the Quality Assurance Department for the Presidency of University of Mosul in 14th April 2020, continuous meetings are held through the FCC program every Saturday and Tuesday every week. The purpose of holding these meetings is to discuss and clarify the requirements of institutional accreditation standards in order to work with these standards and provide all the documents required for a college evaluation to improve quality. The aforementioned meetings take place with the presence of the Official of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division, the assistant lecturer Dr Omar M. Shindalah, and the Official of the Quality Assurance Unit, the associate Prof Ruqaya Z. Sha`aban. Unit preparing this report (today, Monday 11th May 2020), seven meetings were prepared, as follows:

Tuesday 14-4-2020: Discussion of the first criterion of the educational institution strategy, the first and second elements.

Saturday 18-4-2020: The second criterion was discussed, governance and management, the first and second components.

Tuesday 21-4-2020: The second criterion discussed governance and management, the third element, and the fourth and fifth elements.

Saturday 25-4-2020: The third criterion, material and financial resources, the first element was discussed.

Tuesday 28-4-2020: The third criterion discussed material and financial resources, the second element.

Saturday 2-5-202: The fourth criterion was discussed by college members, the first and second components.

Saturday 9-5-2020: The fifth criterion for students, the first element, was discussed.
