College of Medicine

In the presence of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof Dr Qusay K. Al-Ahmadi, the Scientific Vice-President, Prof Dr Munir S. Taha, and the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof Dr Basil M. Nathir Saeed, the competitive examination (acceptance) for applicants to postgraduate studies of the College of Medicine for the academic year 2020-2021 was launched on Sunday, October 18th 2020. The examination was held in Prof Dr Taher Al-Dabbagh’s hall amid restricted medical and health procedures, where twenty-three applicants participated in it to compete for admission to study doctorates, masters, and higher diplomas in the specializations of anatomy, community medicine, pathology, and family medicine. The exam was also attended by the Scientific and Administrative Vice- Dean, and the Official of the Media and Public Relations Division. In a related context, and immediately after the exam, the College Deanship conducted an oral interview for the examinees. Conducting this interview is part of the administrative requirements and procedures necessary to apply for graduate studies, and to ensure the physical, professional and cognitive safety of all applicants.
