College of Medicine

The competitive examination (admission) of applicants for postgraduate studies, College of Medicine, for the academic year 2021-2022 was held on Sunday, 20th June 2021. The examination was held in the graduate studies hall at the college amid restricted medical and health procedures. Fourteen applicants participated in the competition of admission for masters and higher diploma studies in pathology, community medicine and family medicine.

The exam was attended by the President of University, Prof Dr Qusay K. Al-Ahmadi, the Scientific Vice-President, Prof Dr Munir S. Taha, the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof Dr Basil M. Nathir Saeed, and the Scientific Vice-Dean, , Assistant Prof Dr Humam Gh. Ibrahim.

In a related context, immediately after the exam, the deanship conducted the oral interview for the examinees. Conducting this interview is part of the administrative requirements and procedures necessary to apply for postgraduate studies and to ensure the physical, professional, sand cognitive safety of all applicants.
