The Dean of the College of Medicine Prof Dr Basil M. Natheerr Saeed chaired the fifth meeting of the College’s Accreditation Committee on Monday,23 December 2019. The meeting was attended by the Representatives of the National Assessment Team, Assistant Prof Dr Walid Gh. al-Ta’i, and the lecturer Dr Zaid Q. al-Atraqji. The meeting dealt with the issue of administration and governance in terms of defining the powers for all its administrative levels such as the dean, the vice- dean, heads of scientific departments, and ending with the officials of the divisions and units. This meeting was held within a series of continuous weekly periodic meetings until the completion of the college’s self-study report for the academic year 2019-2020, and in the presence of all members of the committee.
