College of Medicine

The College of Medicine Council completed its tenth open meeting for the academic year 2019-2020 on Sunday, 26 January 2020. The meeting was chaired by the Dean of the College Prof Dr Basil M. Natheer Saeed and in the presence of the Vice- Dean for Scientific Affairs (Secretary of the Council) assistant Prof Dr Humam Gh. Ibrahim Zubeer and other members of the Council (heads or rapporteurs of the scientific departments). The meeting handle several issues the most important of which is the registration of scientific research of the Department of Anatomy. The Council also hosted the Head of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division the assistant instructor Dr Omar M. Shandala in order to clarify the evaluation forms (06) of the college in general and of the scientific departments (separately) in particular. The Council also followed up on the progress of the mid-year exams (currently ongoing) and the experience of electronic repair, and overcoming obstacles that may be encountered. The Council has examined these and other issues and has taken the appropriate decisions and recommendations on them.
