College of Medicine

The Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof Dr Basil M. Natheer Saeed was presented at the meeting of the Deans Committee, which was chaired by the Chairman of the Committee, Prof Dr Anis Kh. Nayyel (Dean of the College of Medicine, Al-Nahrain University), on Thursday, 9th April 2020. The meeting, which took place through Zoom program and lasted two hours, discussed the clinical training of the sixth stage students in particular, and the other stages in general. The obstacles encountered when applying courses system have also been discussed and the mechanism of solutions, especially in these difficult circumstances. Discussions also took place on e-learning and the methods and mechanisms used in its application, especially with regard to the follow-up of students, their conditions and academic status. At the end of meeting, a set of proposals and visions was agreed upon, which are going to be presented to the Research and Development Department of the Ministry of Higher Education.
