The Department of Physiology Holds many Virtual Student Seminars

The Department of Physiology held several virtual student seminars for the first semester of the academic year 2020-2021. In which various topics were discussed in the field of physiology, such as blood gases and their analysis, the autonomic nervous system, blood types, thyroid dysfunction, growth hormone and its effect, and the parasympathetic nervous system, its function and effect as well as other topics.

The seminars were held with the follow-up and attendance of the Head of the Department, Assistant Prof Dr Afraa M. Al-Amin, and the Rapporteur of the department, the lecturer Dr Zaid Q. Omar. The department instructors respectively supervised it. This scientific activity is part of the academic requirements for second stage students.
