The Director of Scholarships and Cultural Relations Division Participates in the International Conference on the Problems of Education and Curriculum

The Director of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Division, Assistant Prof Dr Omaima A. Ibrahim Zubair, participated in the activities of the International Scientific Conference “Crisis of Civilized Knowledge between Problems of Education, Curriculum and Development Transformations”, for the period 7-8th August 2021. The participation took place by presenting to her research entitled “Brain-based learning and neuroplasticity and their implications for human health. The conference was held virtually by the Al-Asbah Centre for Education, Civilization and Strategic Studies in partnership with a number of Arab and regional universities.

The lecture discussed the importance of the human brain in receiving information because it has the greatest impact on what modern teaching is based on especially knowing the types of ways to enter information, how to retrieve it, and the effects of neuroplasticity and its stimulation on human health in general.

Dozens of researchers, academics and specialists from various bodies, institutions and universities participated in the presentation of research papers such as Mosul, Kirkuk (Iraq), Tobruk (Libya), Al-Jilani Liabis (Algeria), Aden (Yemen) and others.
