College of Medicine

In the presence of the Vice- Dean for Administrative Affairs, assistant Prof Dr Hazim Kh. al-Allaf, the Human Resources Division of the College of Medicine, carried out some statistics related to daily wages and pension transactions on Sunday, 12th April 2020. The aforementioned division, in the presence of its notable official, Abdul Qadir M. Daham, and some other associates, has completed the actual statistic of the college employees until 31th December 2019. Also, the statistic of converting daily wage contracts into ministerial contracts has been completed. Ministerial and statistical orders were attached with a cover letter and they were all sent to the Presidency of Mosul University. In a separate context, and in follow-up to the subject of college employees who were referred to retirement at the beginning of 2020, they sent to the Retirement Division (at university presidency). It was agreed and coordinated work on practical steps that can be taken or completed at the present time in order to save time. Indeed, the instructions were directed to start and initiate the completion of the pensioners’ transactions as quickly as possible and complete them as soon as possible.
