The Scientific Vice-Dean of the College of Medicine Assistant Prof Dr Humam Gh. Ibrahim attended part of the practical training of advanced first aid for various injuries A.T.L.S for sixth stage students on Tuesday 13th April 2021. Lecturer Dr Muddathir A. Muhammad and Lecturer Dr Muhannad A. Bakr took turns to present it.

The aim of the training was to educate students about the importance of this type of aid in emergency divisions and how to perform it correctly. The topic was presented using the latest training methods in order to convey the required scientific ideas to students easily.

For his part, the Scientific Vice-Dean emphasized the necessity for students to participate in clinical training whether on patients or dolls prepared for this purpose, with maximum benefit from the professor’s experience in this field. This confirmation is due for the reason that the students will soon become doctors and face various medical cases that they must diagnose and treat professionally according to the scientific foundations that they have studied and trained on during their years of study at the college.
