The assist. Lecture Karam Turath in the Department of Pathology was delegated to Nancy Medical University in France from the beginning of December 2019 for training for three months in the Department of Forensic Medicine. Upon his arrival in France, he met with the Dean of the College of Medicine Prof Mark Brown and the Head of the Department of Forensic Medicine Prof Albert Marshall. He also presented the gift of the College of Medicine to the Deanship of Nancy Medical University which symbolizing the civilization of Nineveh Governorate and the city of Mosul. The Dean of the College of Medicine at Nancy Medical University expressed his great pleasure with this gift and with this scientific cooperation. It is worth mentioning that the Department of Pathology of the College of Medicine, University of Mosul needs this type of training in Forensic Medicine and this cooperation will continue between the University of Mosul and the Universities of France in various disciplines, and the coordination will be carried out through the Unit of Francophone in the Presidency of Mosul University as well as the Representative of the Medical Group in the Department of Surgery Prof Dr Basil M. Natheer Saeed.
