The third day of the developing course titled ''Signing and Executing Administrative Contracts '' held on Tuesday, 21.1.2014 is initiated by a lecture delivered by Dr. Abu Bakr Ahmed Othman titled ''The Means of Administrative Contracting'' , whereas Dr. Hasan al-Bannan delivered a lecture ''The Conditions Occurring during the Execution of Administrative Contract''.
