Prof. Dr. Jinan Abdul Khaleq Saeed from the Department of Biology โ College of Science, University of Mosul, took part as a committee member in the PhD dissertation defense of student Ghazi Faisal Wasmi Al-Jubouri from the College of Education for Pure Sciences โ University of Mosul.
The dissertation was titled:
“Phytoremediation of Heavy Metal-Contaminated Soils Using Selected Wild Plants.”
The defense took place on the morning of Thursday, July 31, 2025, in the collegeโs discussion hall, and was marked by a distinguished academic presence.
